How do I know which courier my parcel will go with?

We recommend the best carrier at booking based on your destination, parcel weight, and how quickly you need it delivered. We’ll always tell you which carrier is handling your shipment before we confirm the booking — no surprises.

Can I track my shipment without calling you?

Yes. Every shipment gets a unique tracking number, which we share via WhatsApp or your booking receipt. Enter it on our Track Shipment page anytime to see status, location, and estimated delivery. No calls necessary.

Do you pick up from home or office?

Yes. If you can’t visit our office on M.A. Jinnah Road, we can arrange doorstep pickup from your home or business in Karachi. Just mention it when requesting a quote.

What items can’t be shipped?

Restricted items include flammable materials, weapons, perishable food (without special packaging), live animals, and items prohibited by the destination country. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, ask us before booking — we’ll let you know.

How do I pay?

We accept cash at our office, bank transfer, and mobile payments via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Payment is due at the time of booking.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Delays can happen due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier logistics. If your shipment is delayed, contact us with your tracking number and we’ll investigate directly with the carrier and give you an update. You don’t have to chase the courier yourself — that’s our job.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged, we initiate a claim directly with the carrier on your behalf. We’ll guide you through the process and keep you updated until it’s resolved. We recommend our professional packing service to minimise damage risk.

How long does international shipping take?

Transit times depend on the destination and carrier. Express shipments to the UK, USA, or UAE typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Economy options may take 7–14 business days. We’ll give you an accurate estimate when we quote your shipment.

Do you handle customs paperwork?

Yes. We prepare all required customs documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, and declaration forms. For most personal shipments this is included at no extra charge. Commercial shipments may require additional documentation, which we’ll prepare for you.

Can I send medicines or prescriptions abroad?

Some medicines can be shipped internationally, but it depends on the destination country’s regulations. Medicines must be in original packaging with a valid prescription. Contact us with the specific medicine and destination, and we’ll confirm whether it can be shipped and which carrier allows it.
