Our role
Cargo Max is an independent courier broker. We book shipments on your behalf through international carrier partners. Transit times and delivery are ultimately performed by those carriers.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges are confirmed at booking and depend on actual weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
Prohibited items
You are responsible for ensuring your shipment complies with the origin and destination country regulations. Restricted and prohibited items will not be shipped.
Liability
Liability for loss or damage follows the terms of the carrier handling your shipment. We assist with claims on your behalf where applicable.
