This policy explains how shipping, timelines, and delivery work with Cargo Max.
Booking & pickup
You can drop shipments at our M.A. Jinnah Road counter or request doorstep pickup within Karachi. Payment is due at booking via cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
Transit times
Express shipments to the UK, USA, and UAE typically arrive in 3–5 business days; economy options take 7–14 business days. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier and customs.
Tracking
Every shipment receives a tracking number, shared via WhatsApp or your receipt. Contact us anytime for a status update.
Delays, loss & damage
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, notify Cargo Max promptly with the tracking number, booking receipt, item description, declared value, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Keep all packaging until the carrier completes its review.
Insurance and claim eligibility
Insurance is not required for shipments with a declared value below USD 100. Insurance is mandatory when the declared value is above USD 100. Claims remain subject to the booked carrier's evidence requirements, exclusions, filing deadlines, liability limits, and final decision. Cargo Max assists with submission and communication but does not guarantee approval or settlement.
