Booking & pickup
You can drop shipments at our M.A. Jinnah Road counter or request doorstep pickup within Karachi. Payment is due at booking via cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
Transit times
Express shipments to the UK, USA, and UAE typically arrive in 3–5 business days; economy options take 7–14 business days. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier and customs.
Tracking
Every shipment receives a tracking number, shared via WhatsApp or your receipt. Contact us anytime for a status update.
Delays, loss & damage
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us with your tracking number and we will investigate with the carrier and guide any claim.
